Ingredients
- 1 pack (500 g) Daily Good Besan / Gram Flour / Chana Besan
- 1 Kg Spinach/Palak (Approx 1 Kg)
- medium Chilli Green Long
- loose Ginger
- 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
- 20 g Turmeric Powder

- 1 pack (50 g) Pik Baking Powder | Double Acting

- 140 g Modern Kitchens Raita Boondi - 100 % Rice Bran Oil

Instructions
- 1. Wash the spinach leaves thoroughly, then finely chop them and set aside.
- 2. Peel the ginger and finely grate it; chop the green chilies into small pieces.
- 3. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, baking powder, turmeric, ground coriander, cumin seeds, salt, and black pepper powder.
- 4. Slowly add water to the dry ingredients while stirring to make a smooth batter without lumps.
- 5. Fold in the chopped spinach, grated ginger, and green chilies into the batter, ensuring even distribution.
- 6. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
- 7. Scoop small portions of the batter onto the pan, shaping them into round patties.
- 8. Cook the patties for 2-3 minutes on one side until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side for the same duration.
- 9. Repeat until all the batter is used, adding more oil to the pan as needed.
- 10. Remove the cooked patties from the pan and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil.
