- 500 g Onion
- - Tomato Ketchup
- - Green Peas
- 100 g Garlic

- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Salt
- - Coriander Powder
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the quinoa thoroughly under running water and set aside to drain.
- 2. Heat oil in a large pan and add cumin seeds, letting them sizzle for 30 seconds.
- 3. Add finely chopped onion, garlic, and ginger, sautéing until golden brown.
- 4. Stir in chopped tomatoes, turmeric, coriander powder, and chili powder. Cook until the tomatoes soften.
- 5. Add the cooked chickpeas and green peas, mixing well to coat them with the spice mixture.
- 6. Pour in the water and bring the mixture to a gentle boil.
- 7. Add the rinsed quinoa to the pan, stirring to combine with the vegetables and spices.
- 8. Cover the pan with a lid, reduce the heat, and let simmer for 15 minutes until the quinoa is cooked.
- 9. Turn off the heat and allow the pilaf to rest for 5 minutes with the lid on.
