- 400G Chtoura Foods Boiled Chickpeas In Brine
- 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
- - Onion-250 Gms
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
- 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
- 1 Bunch Mint Leaves (Pudina)
- 400 g Curd
- 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
Instructions
- 1. Mash the boiled chickpeas in a large mixing bowl until smooth but slightly chunky.
- 2. Finely chop onion, garlic, green chili, and coriander leaves, then add them to the chickpeas.
- 3. Mix in cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, and rice flour to form a dough-like consistency.
- 4. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into small round patties.
- 5. Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat and fry the patties until golden brown on both sides.
- 6. For the dip, blend mint leaves, curd, salt, and lemon juice until smooth and creamy.
