  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Baby Tomatoes
  • 500 g Onion
  • 4 Taco Shells
  • 60 g Seasoning - All Purpose
  • 500 g Chicken Whole
  • 500g Sweet Lime
  • 50 g Black Pepper
  • 200 g Table Salt
  • 500G Loose Besan
  • - Tong Garden Cheddar N Jalapeno Chickpeas
  • - Rice Flour
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli
  • 100 g Jeera
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 1pc Watermelon
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 500 g Sugar

Instructions

  1. 1. Mash the boiled chickpeas lightly in a bowl using a fork or masher.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, rice flour, turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder, cumin seeds, and salt.
  3. 3. Slowly add water to the flour mixture, stirring continuously to create a thick batter.
  4. 4. Fold the mashed chickpeas and chopped coriander leaves into the batter, ensuring an even mix.
  5. 5. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat until it reaches frying temperature.
  6. 6. Using a spoon, drop small portions of the batter into the hot oil, frying until golden brown and crispy.
  7. 7. Remove the fritters from the oil and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
  8. 8. To prepare the mint chutney, blend mint leaves, green chilies, lemon juice, sugar, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
