  • 200 g Spinach (Palak)
  • - Onion-250 Gms
  • 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
  • 110 g Unpeeled Garlic Cloves
  • - Ginger Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
  • 100 g Orika Big Mustard Seeds
  • 140 g Modern Kitchens Raita Boondi - 100 % Rice Bran Oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Peel and finely chop the onion, garlic cloves, and tomato for the stir-fry preparation.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Let them sizzle for 30 seconds.
  3. 3. Add the chopped onion and garlic to the pan. Sauté until the onion turns golden and fragrant.
  4. 4. Stir in the chopped tomato, ginger powder, turmeric, red chili powder, and coriander powder. Cook until the tomatoes soften and the spices blend well.
