Ingredients

  • 140 g Peri Peri Chickpeas
  • 200 g Spinach (Palak)
  • - Onion-250 Gms
  • 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
  • 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
  • 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Coriander Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds until they sizzle and release their aroma.
  2. 2. Add finely chopped onions and minced garlic, sauté until golden and fragrant, about 3 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in diced tomatoes, turmeric, coriander powder, and red chili powder, cooking until the tomatoes soften and the mixture thickens.
  4. 4. Add boiled chickpeas to the pan, stir well to coat them in the spice mixture, and cook for 5 minutes.
