- 400G Chtoura Foods Boiled Chickpeas In Brine
- 200 g Spinach (Palak)
- 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
- - Onion-250 Gms
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- loose Ginger
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
- 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- Pcs Everest Chaat Masala 12g
- - KATDARE BLACK PEPPER POWDER 12GM
- 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
- 140 g Modern Kitchens Raita Boondi - 100 % Rice Bran Oil
- 1 pack (50 g) Pik Baking Powder | Double Acting
- 500 G Pink Salt Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, mash the boiled chickpeas until smooth but slightly textured.
- 2. Add chopped spinach, onion, garlic, ginger, green chili, and coriander leaves to the chickpeas and mix well.
- 3. Season the mixture with cumin powder, turmeric powder, chaat masala, salt, and black pepper powder. Combine until evenly mixed.
- 4. Gradually add rice flour to the mixture, kneading gently to form a soft dough. Add water if needed for consistency.
- 5. Divide the dough into small portions and roll each portion into a thin oval shape using your hands or a rolling pin.
