  • 250 g Freshcon Cooked Kabuli Chana (Chick Peas)
  • 200 g Spinach (Palak)
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
  • - Ginger Powder
  • 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
  • 100 g Mix Seeds
  • 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse and soak the rice for 10 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a deep pan and add cumin seeds, allowing them to sizzle for 30 seconds.
  3. 3. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown, stirring frequently.
  4. 4. Stir in minced garlic, ginger powder, and turmeric powder, cooking for 1 minute to release the aroma.
  5. 5. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until softened, forming a thick base.
