Ingredients
- - Tong Garden Cheddar N Jalapeno Chickpeas
- 250 g Spinach
- Pcs Bikaji Bikaneri Bhujia 35g
- - Baby Tomatoes
- 100 g Garlic
- loose Ginger
- 250g Green Chilli
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 45 g Garam Masala
- 100 g Salt
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- - Coriander Powder
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Mash the boiled chickpeas in a bowl until smooth and lump-free.
- 2. Add chopped spinach, gram flour, and half the spices to the mashed chickpeas and mix thoroughly.
- 3. Shape the mixture into small balls (koftas) and set aside.
- 4. Heat oil in a pan and fry the koftas until golden brown, then remove and keep aside.
- 5. In the same pan, sauté onions, garlic, ginger, and green chilies until fragrant and golden.
- 6. Add the tomato puree and remaining spices to the pan, cooking until the oil separates.
- 7. Pour water into the pan to adjust the gravy consistency and bring it to a boil.
- 8. Gently add the fried koftas to the simmering gravy and cook for 5 minutes.
- 9. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves before serving.
- 10. Serve hot with steamed rice or flatbread of your choice.
