Ingredients
- 1 pack (500 g) Daily Good Besan / Gram Flour / Chana Besan
- 200 g Spinach (Palak)
- - Onion-250 Gms
- medium Chilli Green Long
- loose Ginger
- 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
Instructions
- 1. Wash and chop the spinach into small pieces, removing any tough stems.
- 2. Finely dice the onion and green chilies, and grate the ginger for a fresh aroma.
- 3. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, spinach, onion, chilies, ginger, cumin seeds, turmeric, chili powder, and salt.
- 4. Gradually add water to the mixture and stir to form a thick batter that holds together well.
- 5. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat until it reaches frying temperature.
- 6. Scoop small portions of the batter with a spoon and gently drop them into the hot oil.
