Ingredients

  • 1 pack (500 g) Daily Good Besan / Gram Flour / Chana Besan
  • 1 Kg Spinach/Palak (Approx 1 Kg)
  • - Onion-250 Gms
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • loose Ginger
  • 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
  • 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 500 ml Oil (For Frying)

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash the spinach leaves thoroughly and chop them finely.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, turmeric, red chili powder, cumin seeds, and salt.
  3. 3. Add chopped spinach, onions, green chilies, ginger, and garlic to the flour mixture.
  4. 4. Gradually add water to the mixture, stirring to form a thick batter.
  5. 5. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat until hot but not smoking.
  6. 6. Use a spoon to drop small portions of the batter into the hot oil.
  7. 7. Fry the bites in batches, turning occasionally, until golden brown and crispy.
  8. 8. Remove the bites from the oil and drain on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
