Ingredients
- 1 pack (500 g) Daily Good Besan / Gram Flour / Chana Besan
- 1 Kg Spinach/Palak (Approx 1 Kg)
- - Onion-250 Gms
- medium Chilli Green Long
- loose Ginger
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the spinach leaves thoroughly and chop them finely.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, turmeric, red chili powder, cumin seeds, and salt.
- 3. Add chopped spinach, onions, green chilies, ginger, and garlic to the flour mixture.
- 4. Gradually add water to the mixture, stirring to form a thick batter.
- 5. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat until hot but not smoking.
- 6. Use a spoon to drop small portions of the batter into the hot oil.
- 7. Fry the bites in batches, turning occasionally, until golden brown and crispy.
- 8. Remove the bites from the oil and drain on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
- 9. Serve the chickpea and spinach bites warm with your favorite chutney or dipping sauce.
