Ingredients
- 1 kg Basmati Rice
- 500 g Chicken Whole
- 250 g Mutton
- 100 G Kolhapuri Masala
- 500 Ml Champion Oil
- 10G Red Chili Powder
- 500 g Onion
- 100 g Garlic
- 100 g Quinoa
- - Tong Garden Cheddar N Jalapeno Chickpeas
- 200 ml Coconut Milk
- - Tomato Ketchup
- loose Ginger
- 250g Green Chilli
- 100 g Jeera
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Coriander Powder
- 45 g Garam Masala
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 100 g Salt
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the quinoa thoroughly under cold water and set aside to drain.
- 2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan and add cumin seeds until they sizzle.
- 3. Add chopped onion, garlic, ginger, and green chili, and sauté until golden brown.
- 4. Stir in chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften and release juices.
- 5. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, and garam masala, mixing well.
- 6. Pour in coconut milk and water, and bring the mixture to a gentle boil.
- 7. Add the drained quinoa and cooked chickpeas, stirring well to combine.
- 8. Reduce heat to low, cover the pan, and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
- 9. Check for seasoning and adjust salt if necessary before turning off the heat.
- 10. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and fluff the pilaf gently with a fork.
- 11. Serve hot in bowls, ensuring an even distribution of chickpeas and quinoa.
