- 100 g Quinoa
- - Coriander Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Ginger Powder
- - Rock Salt
- - Cumin Seed
- - Red Chilli
- 1 pack (500 g) Daily Good Besan / Gram Flour / Chana Besan
- 910 g Saffola Gold Corn & Rice Bran Refined Blended Cooking Oil (1 Ltr)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse and drain the cooked chickpeas thoroughly to remove excess moisture.
- 2. Mash the chickpeas in a bowl until they form a coarse paste, leaving some chunks for texture.
- 3. Add cooked quinoa to the mashed chickpeas and mix well to combine evenly.
- 4. Finely chop fresh coriander leaves and grate fresh turmeric, then add both to the mixture.
- 5. Sprinkle ginger powder, ground cumin, red chili powder, and rock salt over the mixture, stirring to distribute the spices.
- 6. Gradually add besan (gram flour) to the mixture, binding it into a firm, pliable dough.
