Ingredients
- 1 kg Rice
- 500 g Urad Dal
- 500 g Onion
- - Tomato Ketchup
- 250g Green Chilli
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 100 g Jeera
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 100 g Salt
- - Coriander Powder
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Wash and soak the rice and urad dal in water for 4-6 hours, then grind into a smooth batter and ferment overnight.
- 2. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds until they splutter, followed by ginger-garlic paste.
- 3. Add finely chopped onions and sauté until golden brown, then add tomatoes and cook until softened.
- 4. Stir in turmeric, red chili, and coriander powders, cooking for 1 minute until well combined.
- 5. Add chicken mince to the pan, season with salt, and cook on medium heat until fully cooked and crumbly.
- 6. Sprinkle chopped green chilies and fresh coriander leaves into the cooked keema and mix well.
- 7. Heat a non-stick tawa and spread a ladle of dosa batter evenly to form a thin crepe.
- 8. Cook the dosa on medium heat until crisp and golden, then flip to cook the other side briefly.
- 9. Place a portion of chicken keema on the dosa, roll it into a wrap, and seal the edges lightly.
- 10. Repeat with the remaining batter and filling, ensuring even distribution for two servings.
- 11. Serve the wraps hot, garnished with fresh coriander leaves for an added burst of flavor.
