Ingredients
- 500 g Chana Dal
- 1 kg Rice
- - Coconut Oil
- 500 g Onion
- - Tomato Ketchup
- 250g Green Chilli
- 100 g Jeera
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Coriander Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Soak chana dal and rice in water for 6-8 hours or overnight.
- 2. Blend the soaked chana dal and rice with water to a smooth batter consistency.
- 3. Heat coconut oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- 4. Add finely chopped onions, green chilies, and cook until onions turn golden brown.
- 5. Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until tomatoes are soft.
- 6. Add spinach leaves to the pan and sauté until they wilt and mix well with the spices.
- 7. Heat a non-stick pan and pour a ladle of batter, spreading it thin to form a dosa.
- 8. Cook the dosa until golden brown on one side, then flip and cook for another minute.
- 9. Place a portion of the spinach filling in the center of the dosa and roll it tightly.
- 10. Repeat the process for the remaining batter and filling to make wraps.
