Ingredients

  • 1 pc (1 L) Alt Co. Almond Milk
  • 500 ml Conscious Food Cold Pressed Coconut Oil
  • 1 pc (1 kg) Tata Salt 2 In 1 Shakti Jar
  • 300 g Nutty Yogi Almond Flour (With Skin)

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of almond flour and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
  3. 3. Add 7 tablespoons of melted coconut oil to the flour mixture. Use your fingers or a pastry cutter to work the oil into the flour until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. 4. Gradually add 2 tablespoons of cold almond milk to the mixture, stirring gently until the dough comes together.
  5. 5. Transfer the dough to a pie pan and press it evenly across the bottom and up the sides using your fingers.
  6. 6. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until it turns golden brown.
  7. 7. Remove the crust from the oven and let it cool completely before filling with your desired Jain-friendly pie filling.
