Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 1 head Cauliflower
- 250 g Spinach
- 200 g Butter Cookies
- 200Ml Dr. Patkar'S - Apple Cider Vinegar With Ginger, Garlic, Lemon, & Honey (200ml)
- - Coriander Powder
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 50 g Black Pepper
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Heat the oven to 200°C and lightly grease a small baking dish with a little of the butter.
- 2. Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, then drain them very well so the mash stays thick.
- 3. Mash the cauliflower with half the butter, mustard powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- 4. Warm the oil in a pan, then sauté the onion and garlic for two minutes until fragrant and soft.
- 5. Add the cabbage and spinach, cook until wilted, then crumble in the paneer and stir gently.
- 6. Season the filling well, spread it into the baking dish, and press it into an even layer.
- 7. Spoon the cauliflower mash on top, dot with the remaining butter, and bake until the top turns lightly golden.
- 8. Rest the bake for three minutes, then cut into two generous breakfast portions and serve hot.
