A flavorful and satisfying gluten-free Vietnamese fried rice, perfect for dinner. This dish combines tender chicken, fresh vegetables, and aromatic seasonings for a quick and delicious meal.
Ingredients
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 400 g Tendercuts Chicken Breast Boneless 400G
- 200 g Hydroponic Sweet Bell Pepper (Cocktail)
- 1 ltr Saffola Total Heart Pro Rice Bran & Sunflower Blended Cooking Oil
- 1 pc (1 kg) Tata Salt 2 In 1 Shakti Jar
- 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder
- 500 G Kinwaaquinoa
Instructions
- 1. Heat 4 tsp of cooking oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- 2. Add 3 cloves of minced garlic and 1 diced onion to the skillet. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- 3. Add 1/2 tsp of salt and 1/2 tsp of pepper, stirring to combine.
- 4. Mix in 3 cups of cooked quinoa and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the quinoa is heated through.
- 5. Add 3 cups of cooked rice to the skillet and stir-fry for 5 minutes, ensuring the rice is evenly coated with the seasonings.
- 6. Stir in 1 cup of chopped bell peppers. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the bell peppers are tender.
- 7. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot and enjoy your gluten-free Vietnamese fried rice.
