Ingredients

  • 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
  • 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
  • 400 g Tendercuts Chicken Breast Boneless 400G
  • 200 g Hydroponic Sweet Bell Pepper (Cocktail)
  • 1 ltr Saffola Total Heart Pro Rice Bran & Sunflower Blended Cooking Oil
  • 1 pc (1 kg) Tata Salt 2 In 1 Shakti Jar
  • 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder
  • 500 G Kinwaaquinoa

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 4 tsp of cooking oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add 3 cloves of minced garlic and 1 diced onion to the skillet. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add 1/2 tsp of salt and 1/2 tsp of pepper, stirring to combine.
  4. 4. Mix in 3 cups of cooked quinoa and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the quinoa is heated through.
  5. 5. Add 3 cups of cooked rice to the skillet and stir-fry for 5 minutes, ensuring the rice is evenly coated with the seasonings.
  6. 6. Stir in 1 cup of chopped bell peppers. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the bell peppers are tender.
  7. 7. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot and enjoy your gluten-free Vietnamese fried rice.
