Ingredients

  • 100 g Celery
  • 200 g Orange Carrot (Gajar)
  • 200 g Livyor Raw Sunflower Seeds
  • 1 pack (1 kg) 921 Everyday Long Grain Rice
  • 430Ml Hellmanns Mayonnaise Squeeze Real
  • 250 ml Dabur Hommade Lemon Juice (Bottle)
  • 200 ml Japanese Choice Gluten Free Soy Sauce
  • 50 g On1Y Onion Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook 3 cups of rice according to package instructions and let it cool completely.
  2. 2. Finely chop 2 cups of celery and 1 cup of carrots, and set them aside.
  3. 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled rice, chopped celery, chopped carrots, and 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds.
  4. 4. Skip this step as tuna is not available.
  5. 5. In a small bowl, whisk together 1 cup of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, and 2 teaspoons of onion powder until smooth.
