Ingredients
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
- 100 g D'Lecta Parmesan Extra Hard Cheese Block
- 1 Combo Fortune Rice Bran 870G & Mustard Oil 1L Pouch
- 1 pc (1 kg) Tata Salt 2 In 1 Shakti Jar
- 1 pack (1 kg) 921 Everyday Long Grain Rice
- 200 g Fortune Soya Mini Chunks
- 200 g Food Library The Magic Of Nature Hungarian Sweet Paprika Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- 2. Add 1 diced onion and 1 diced green pepper to the skillet. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
- 3. Add 225 g (1/2 lb) of soya chunks to the skillet. Stir and cook until heated through and slightly browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- 4. Season the mixture with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of paprika, stirring to combine.
- 5. Add 1 cup of uncooked rice to the skillet and stir over low heat for about 3 minutes, until the rice becomes translucent.
- 6. Slowly pour in 2 cups of water. Stir, cover, and simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
- 7. Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes before serving. Optionally, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese for added flavor.
