Ingredients

  • 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
  • 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
  • 100 g D'Lecta Parmesan Extra Hard Cheese Block
  • 1 Combo Fortune Rice Bran 870G & Mustard Oil 1L Pouch
  • 1 pc (1 kg) Tata Salt 2 In 1 Shakti Jar
  • 1 pack (1 kg) 921 Everyday Long Grain Rice
  • 200 g Fortune Soya Mini Chunks
  • 200 g Food Library The Magic Of Nature Hungarian Sweet Paprika Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add 1 diced onion and 1 diced green pepper to the skillet. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
  3. 3. Add 225 g (1/2 lb) of soya chunks to the skillet. Stir and cook until heated through and slightly browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. 4. Season the mixture with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of paprika, stirring to combine.
  5. 5. Add 1 cup of uncooked rice to the skillet and stir over low heat for about 3 minutes, until the rice becomes translucent.
  6. 6. Slowly pour in 2 cups of water. Stir, cover, and simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
  7. 7. Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes before serving. Optionally, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese for added flavor.
