Ingredients

  • 1 pack (1 kg) 921 Everyday Long Grain Rice
  • 200 g Nandus Mutton Mince
  • 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
  • 200 g Hydroponic Sweet Bell Pepper (Cocktail)
  • 30 Pieces Dr.Hen Table White Egg 30 Pcs
  • 200 g Mother Dairy Paneer
  • 1 pack (500 g) Milky Mist Shredded Mozzarella Pizza Cheese
  • 200 g Old Hill Parmesan Cheese
  • 141 g Pam Grilling Grillades Cooking Spray

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook 1 1/2 cups of rice according to package directions and set aside.
  2. 2. In a skillet, brown 1 lb of ground meat with 1 diced onion and 1/4 cup diced bell pepper. Drain any excess fat and stir in 1 cup of gluten-free spaghetti sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. In a bowl, beat 1 egg slightly and mix in 1 cup of cottage cheese and 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese until combined.
  4. 4. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  5. 5. Spread half of the meat sauce on the bottom of the baking dish. Spoon half of the cooked rice over the sauce, followed by half of the cheese mixture.
  6. 6. Repeat the layers with the remaining meat sauce, rice, and cheese mixture.
  7. 7. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
  8. 8. Bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes, or until the dish is bubbling and the cheese is golden.
