Ingredients
- 1 pack (1 kg) 921 Everyday Long Grain Rice
- 200 g Nandus Mutton Mince
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 200 g Hydroponic Sweet Bell Pepper (Cocktail)
- 30 Pieces Dr.Hen Table White Egg 30 Pcs
- 200 g Mother Dairy Paneer
- 1 pack (500 g) Milky Mist Shredded Mozzarella Pizza Cheese
- 200 g Old Hill Parmesan Cheese
- 141 g Pam Grilling Grillades Cooking Spray
Instructions
- 1. Cook 1 1/2 cups of rice according to package directions and set aside.
- 2. In a skillet, brown 1 lb of ground meat with 1 diced onion and 1/4 cup diced bell pepper. Drain any excess fat and stir in 1 cup of gluten-free spaghetti sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- 3. In a bowl, beat 1 egg slightly and mix in 1 cup of cottage cheese and 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese until combined.
- 4. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- 5. Spread half of the meat sauce on the bottom of the baking dish. Spoon half of the cooked rice over the sauce, followed by half of the cheese mixture.
- 6. Repeat the layers with the remaining meat sauce, rice, and cheese mixture.
- 7. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
- 8. Bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes, or until the dish is bubbling and the cheese is golden.
