Ingredients
- 200 g Freshcon Cooked Basmati Rice
- 6 pcs Licious Brown Eggs
- 1 ltr Oreal Canola Oil (From The House Of Pansari)
- 1 pack (1 kg) Annapurna Iodized Crystal Salt | Kal Uppu
- 175 Ltr Lee Kum Kee Blended Sesaame Oil Pet
- 1 pc (100 g) Praakritik Organic Ginger Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of canola oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add 1 cup of sliced leeks and cook until softened but not browned, about 10 minutes. Reduce the heat to medium-low if they start to brown. Season with a pinch of salt.
- 2. Add 2 cups of cooked rice to the pan with the leeks. Stir well and cook until the rice is heated through, about 3 minutes. Turn off the heat and divide the rice mixture onto two plates. Drizzle each serving with 1/2 teaspoon of sesame oil.
- 3. In another large pan, heat the remaining 2 tablespoons of canola oil over medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and 1 tablespoon of minced fresh ginger. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the garlic is golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. Remove the garlic and ginger with a slotted spoon and drain on a paper towel.
- 4. Using the same pan with the flavored oil, fry 2 eggs sunny-side up to your desired doneness. Carefully place one egg on top of each plate of rice.
- 5. Sprinkle the crispy garlic and ginger over the eggs and rice. Season with an additional pinch of salt if needed. Serve immediately, adding more sesame oil to taste.
