Ingredients

  • 250 ml Coco Mama Coconut Milk
  • 250 g French Beans - 250 G
  • 1 ltr Kinley Packaged Water
  • 70 g Namakwali Authentic Mix Seasoning Flavoured Salt
  • 1 pc (50 g) Everest Tasteeto Black Pepper | Grinder Cap Bottle
  • 500 G Kinwaaquinoa

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. In a deep baking dish, mix 1 can of coconut milk, 1 1/2 cups of water, and 1 cup of uncooked quinoa until well combined.
  3. 3. Add 1 cup of french beans to the mixture and gently fold to combine.
  4. 4. Season the quinoa and vegetable mixture with salt and pepper, then spread it evenly in the baking dish.
  5. 5. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until the quinoa has absorbed the liquid and is fully cooked.
