- 250 ml Coco Mama Coconut Milk
- 250 g French Beans - 250 G
- 1 ltr Kinley Packaged Water
- 70 g Namakwali Authentic Mix Seasoning Flavoured Salt
- 1 pc (50 g) Everest Tasteeto Black Pepper | Grinder Cap Bottle
- 500 G Kinwaaquinoa
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. In a deep baking dish, mix 1 can of coconut milk, 1 1/2 cups of water, and 1 cup of uncooked quinoa until well combined.
- 3. Add 1 cup of french beans to the mixture and gently fold to combine.
- 4. Season the quinoa and vegetable mixture with salt and pepper, then spread it evenly in the baking dish.
- 5. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until the quinoa has absorbed the liquid and is fully cooked.
- 6. Remove the foil during the last 10 minutes of baking for a slightly browned top. Serve hot and enjoy your gluten-free meal.
