Ingredients

  • 300 g Nutrich Chicken Thigh Boneless
  • loose Ginger
  • - Dark Soy Sauce-90 GM
  • - Frozen Mixed Vegetables

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash the rice thoroughly and cook it in 320 ml of water until tender; set aside.
  2. 2. Mince the garlic and grate the ginger finely for the glaze.
  3. 3. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch to make the glaze.
  4. 4. Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a pan over medium heat and sear the chicken thighs for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  5. 5. Pour the prepared glaze over the chicken and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken.
