Ingredients

  • 300 g Nutrich Chicken Thigh Boneless
  • 1 pack (1 kg) 921 Everyday Long Grain Rice
  • - Dark Soy Sauce-90 GM
  • 100 g Dabur Honey
  • loose Ginger
  • 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
  • 1 ltr Anveshan Cold Pressed Black Sesame Oil
  • 200 G Spring Onion(200Gm)
  • 100 g Supreme Harvest White Sesame Seeds
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 25 g Whole Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the rice thoroughly under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. 2. Add the rinsed rice to a pot with 300 ml of water, bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook until the water is absorbed.
  3. 3. While the rice cooks, finely grate the ginger and mince the garlic for the glaze.
  4. 4. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, grated ginger, and minced garlic, and mix well.
  5. 5. Heat sesame oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat and add the chicken thighs.
  6. 6. Sear the chicken on both sides until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  7. 7. Pour the ginger soy mixture over the chicken and reduce the heat to low.
  8. 8. Allow the chicken to simmer in the sauce for 8-10 minutes, basting occasionally, until fully cooked and glazed.
  9. 9. Slice the spring onions thinly and toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan for 1-2 minutes.
  10. 10. Fluff the cooked rice with a fork and divide it between two serving plates.
