Ingredients
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 200 g Shrimpop Tandoori Torpedo Shrimp
- 200 g Old Hill Parmesan Cheese
- 1 pc (50 g) On1Y Pepper Grinder
- 125 g Mooz Butter Garlic & Herbes
- 500 g Anmara Artisanal Pasta, Organic Fettuccine, Hard Durum Wheat
- 25 g Parsley
- 850 g Oleev Smart Vitafit Edibale Vegetable Oil
- 100 g Catch Sprinklers - Iodized Table Salt
Instructions
- 1. Cook 1 package of linguine spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- 2. In a large skillet, heat 1/3 cup of oil over medium heat. Add 3 minced garlic cloves and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- 3. Add 2 1/2 cups of shrimp to the skillet and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the shrimp are pink and fully cooked.
- 4. Reduce the heat to low and add the cooked linguine to the skillet. Toss with 1/3 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh dill, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of pepper until well combined.
- 5. If the mixture seems dry, stir in 2 tablespoons of butter to create a creamy texture. Serve immediately, garnished with additional dill if desired.
