Frozen Tropical Cranberry Delight Recipe

A refreshing no-bake dessert combining tropical fruits, tangy cranberry sauce, and creamy yogurt, perfect for a light dinner treat. This pescatarian-friendly dish is easy to prepare and served frozen for a delightful finish.
Ingredients
- 3 pcs Banana (Keli)
- 250 g Pineapple Chunks (Ananas)
- 200 g Livyor Raw Sunflower Seeds
- 100 g Cranberry
- 90 g Cremberie Fruit Yoghurt Strawberry Cup
- 5 kg Whole Farm Grocery Sugar (5 Kg)
Instructions
- 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 can of cranberry sauce, 1 cup of yogurt, and 1/2 cup of sugar. Mix well until smooth.
- 2. Peel and slice 2 bananas and chop 1 pineapple into small chunks. Gently fold the banana slices and pineapple chunks into the cranberry-yogurt mixture.
- 3. Add 1/4 cup of sunflower seeds to the mixture and stir to evenly distribute.
- 4. Line a muffin tin with baking cups and spoon the mixture evenly into each cup.
- 5. Place the muffin tin in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
- 6. Remove from the freezer and serve the frozen treats directly in the baking cups for a refreshing dessert.
