- medium Chilli Green Long
- 50 g Cloves
- 200 g Grand Masala Handmade Garam Masala
- - Ginger Powder
- 1 Bunch Mint Leaves (Pudina)
- 200 G Rock Salt Powder - Sprinkler 200 G
- 180 g Vinegar
- 100 g Agapi Strawberry Protein Yogurt
- 25G Kp Mut Suk Mas
- 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
- - FUNFOOD PEANUT BUTTER CREAMY 100GM
- 500 g Onion
- 1 pack (1 kg) 921 Everyday Long Grain Rice
- 500 g Spt Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Wash and soak the rice in water for 15 minutes, then drain and set aside.
- 2. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat and add cloves and chopped green chilies.
- 3. Stir in the Suhana Dal Makhani Spice Mix and ginger powder, cooking until aromatic, around 1 minute.
- 4. Add the frozen mixed vegetables and turmeric, sautéing for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
- 5. Pour in the water and bring it to a boil, then add the soaked rice and rock salt.
- 6. Lower the heat, cover the pan, and cook the rice for 20 minutes until fully done.
- 7. Meanwhile, blend mint leaves with Agapi Strawberry Protein Yogurt and vinegar to create the mint yogurt sauce.
- 8. Once the rice is cooked, let it rest covered for 5 minutes before fluffing with a fork.
- 9. Serve the fragrant vegetable pulao hot with a generous dollop of mint yogurt on the side.
