- 200 ml Coconut Milk
- - Baby Tomatoes
- 100 g Garlic

- 100 g Jeera
- 20 g Turmeric Powder

- 45 g Garam Masala
- 1 kg Rice
- 100G Oleo
- - Coriander Powder
- 100 g Salt

- 1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, letting them sizzle for 30 seconds.
- 2. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
- 3. Stir in minced garlic and ginger, cooking for another 2 minutes to release their aroma.
- 4. Add the chopped tomatoes, turmeric, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt, cooking until tomatoes soften and blend into a thick paste.
- 5. Pour in the coconut milk, stirring well to create a creamy base for the curry.
