- 100 g Quinoa
- 250 g Spinach
- 500 g Onion
- - Tomato Ketchup
- 100 g Garlic

- 250g Green Chilli
- 100 g Jeera
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Coriander Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 250 ml Olive Oil
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Rinse quinoa thoroughly under running water to remove any bitterness.
- 2. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté cumin seeds until aromatic.
- 3. Add finely chopped onions, garlic, ginger, and green chilies, and cook until golden brown.
- 4. Stir in chopped tomatoes, turmeric, and coriander powder, cooking until the tomatoes break down.
- 5. Add the rinsed quinoa to the pan and stir well to coat with spices.
- 6. Pour in water, season with salt, and bring to a boil.
- 7. Reduce heat to low, cover the pan, and let quinoa cook for 15 minutes until fluffy.
- 8. Add chopped spinach to the pan and mix well, cooking until it wilts.
- 9. Gently fluff the pilaf with a fork, ensuring all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- 10. Serve warm, garnished with fresh coriander leaves if desired.
