  • 250 g Mutton
  • - Onion-250 Gms
  • 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
  • 1 pack (100 g) Everest - Ginger Garlic Paste
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
  • 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 100 g Catch Super Garam Masala
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 500 ml Oil (For Frying)

Instructions

  1. 1. Finely chop the onions and tomatoes, and set them aside for later use.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix ground mutton with ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, and spices like cumin, coriander, and garam masala.
  3. 3. Shape the mutton mixture into small, round koftas, ensuring they are firm and evenly sized.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onions until golden and fragrant.
  5. 5. Add the tomatoes to the pan and cook until they soften and the oil begins to separate.
