- 1 pack (1 kg) 921 Everyday Long Grain Rice
- 270 g Protein Chef Multigrain Double Protein Bread (64G Protein Per Loaf)
- - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 50G Suhana Meatmutton
- - Ginger Powder
- 500 G Preserved Dried Salted Black Beans
- - White Pepper
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the rice thoroughly under cold water until the water runs clear.
- 2. In a pot, add water, rice, and a pinch of salt, then bring to a boil.
- 3. Lower the heat and simmer the rice for about 12 minutes until tender.
- 4. While rice cooks, dice the frozen mixed vegetables into smaller pieces if needed.
- 5. Heat a pan and sauté the vegetables with ginger powder and white pepper for 5 minutes.
- 6. Add the preserved dried salted black beans to the vegetables and stir well.
- 7. Mix in the Suhana Dal Makhani Spice Mix and fresh turmeric to the pan.
