Ingredients

  • 250 g Tendercuts Basa Boneless Fillet F&S
  • 100 g Lemongrass
  • 1 Piece Red Bell Pepper (Kempu Dappa Menasinakaayi)
  • 200 g Orange Carrot (Gajar)
  • - Onion-250 Gms
  • 500ml Lee Kum Kee Light Soy Sauce
  • - Rice Vinegar
  • - Corn Starch Powder
  • 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
  • 1 pack (1 kg) 921 Everyday Long Grain Rice
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 200 G Spring Onion(200Gm)
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 25 g Whole Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the fish fillets and pat them dry, then cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. 2. Trim the lemongrass stalks and finely mince the tender inner core.
  3. 3. Thinly slice the red bell pepper, carrot, and onion into even strips for quick cooking.
  4. 4. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pan or wok over medium heat.
  5. 5. Add the minced lemongrass and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. 6. Increase the heat and add the fish pieces, searing them for 2-3 minutes until lightly golden.
  7. 7. Remove the fish from the pan and set aside, then add the remaining oil to the pan.
  8. 8. Stir-fry the sliced vegetables for 3-4 minutes until they are slightly tender but still crisp.
