- 250 ml Real Thai Unsweetened Coconut Milk
- - GREEN PEAS 195GM
- 1 Bunch Mint Leaves (Pudina)
- 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 850 g Sundrop Heart+ Blended Cooking Oil

- 1. Wash the rice thoroughly and soak it for 15 minutes before cooking.
- 2. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds; let them sizzle for 30 seconds.
- 3. Add diced tomato and finely chopped green chili; sauté until soft and combined.
- 4. Stir in turmeric powder and salt, followed by green peas; cook for 2-3 minutes.
- 5. Pour in water and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer, allowing the peas to cook fully.
