  • 1 piece Coconut
  • 500 g Whole Farm Premium Kabuli Chana (Big Size)
  • 15 g Dairy Whitener
  • 500 g Maltova Health Drink - Choco Caramel
  • 100 Ml Govind Ghee
  • 50 g Cocoa Powder
  • 500G Madhur Sugar

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash the basmati rice thoroughly and soak it in water for 20 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a rice cooker and add cumin seeds, letting them sizzle for 30 seconds.
  3. 3. Add finely chopped onions, garlic, ginger, and green chilies, sautéing until golden and aromatic.
  4. 4. Stir in chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften and release their juices.
