Ingredients

  • - Besan
  • 200 g Paneer
  • 125 ml Flavoured Yogurt Drink - Mango
  • 1pc Watermelon
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 500 g Onion
  • - Tomato Ketchup

Instructions

  1. 1. Finely chop the onion, tomato, green chili, and cilantro leaves.
  2. 2. Crumble the paneer into small pieces and set it aside for later use.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine besan, yogurt, water, turmeric, cumin, and salt to create a smooth batter.
  4. 4. Stir in the chopped vegetables, green chili, cilantro, and crumbled paneer into the batter.
  5. 5. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and grease it lightly with oil.
  6. 6. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan, spreading gently into a circular shape.
  7. 7. Cook each pancake for 2-3 minutes on one side until golden brown and firm.
  8. 8. Flip the pancake carefully and cook for another 2-3 minutes on the other side.
  9. 9. Repeat the process for the remaining batter, greasing the pan as needed.
  10. 10. Serve the pancakes warm, garnished with additional cilantro leaves if desired.
