Ingredients
- - Besan
- 200 g Paneer
- 125 ml Flavoured Yogurt Drink - Mango
- 1pc Watermelon
- 250g Green Chilli
- - Coriander Powder
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 500 g Onion
- - Tomato Ketchup
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the onion, tomato, green chili, and cilantro leaves.
- 2. Crumble the paneer into small pieces and set it aside for later use.
- 3. In a mixing bowl, combine besan, yogurt, water, turmeric, cumin, and salt to create a smooth batter.
- 4. Stir in the chopped vegetables, green chili, cilantro, and crumbled paneer into the batter.
- 5. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and grease it lightly with oil.
- 6. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan, spreading gently into a circular shape.
- 7. Cook each pancake for 2-3 minutes on one side until golden brown and firm.
- 8. Flip the pancake carefully and cook for another 2-3 minutes on the other side.
- 9. Repeat the process for the remaining batter, greasing the pan as needed.
- 10. Serve the pancakes warm, garnished with additional cilantro leaves if desired.
