- 6 pcs White Eggs
- - Rice Flour
- - Baby Tomatoes
- 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 250g Green Chilli
- 100 g Dhaniya Powder
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them with rice flour, turmeric, cumin, coriander, and salt until smooth.
- 2. Finely chop the tomatoes, onions, capsicum, green chilies, and coriander leaves and set them aside.
- 3. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat, and sauté the onions and capsicum until softened.
- 4. Add the tomatoes and green chilies to the pan and cook until the moisture evaporates and the mixture turns slightly thick.
- 5. Pour a ladleful of egg batter onto the pan, spreading it into a thin wrap, and cook until the edges lift easily.
- 6. Flip the wrap gently and cook the other side for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
- 7. Place the cooked vegetable mixture on one half of the wrap and fold it over to seal.
- 8. Repeat the process with the remaining batter to make more wraps.
- 9. Garnish the wraps with chopped coriander leaves before serving warm.
