Ingredients
- 1 Kg Idly/Dosa Batter
- 6 pcs White Eggs
- - Onion-250 Gms
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the onion, green chilies, tomato, and coriander leaves, and set them aside.
- 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the onions until they turn translucent.
- 3. Add the chopped green chilies and tomatoes to the pan, cooking until the tomatoes soften, about 3 minutes.
- 4. Stir in the turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt, mixing well to combine with the vegetables.
- 5. Crack the eggs into a bowl, whisk them thoroughly, and pour them into the pan with the sautéed mixture.
- 6. Cook the eggs over medium-low heat, stirring continuously, until they form soft and fluffy scrambled eggs.
- 7. Heat a separate flat pan or tawa over medium heat and grease it lightly with oil.
- 8. Pour a ladleful of dosa batter onto the tawa, spreading it into a thin, circular layer.
- 9. Cook the dosa until the edges start to lift, then flip it and cook the other side briefly.
- 10. Place a portion of the scrambled eggs in the center of the dosa and fold the sides to enclose the filling.
