  • 500 g Wheat Flour / Maida
  • - Onion-250 Gms
  • 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 1 pack (100 g) Everest - Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 850 g Sundrop Heart+ Blended Cooking Oil
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised

Instructions

  1. 1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt, and whisk them until well combined.
  2. 2. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion until golden brown.
  3. 3. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chili to the pan, stirring for a minute until aromatic.
  4. 4. Stir in the chopped tomato, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder, cooking until the tomatoes soften and the spices blend well.
  5. 5. Pour the whisked eggs into the pan and gently stir, cooking on low heat to achieve a fluffy texture.
