Ingredients

  • 1 pack (6 pcs) Fresh White Eggs
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • - DELI QUINOA/BASMATI RICE 1KG
  • 350 g Id Fresh Liquid Sambar (Heat & Eat)
  • 750 g Priya Sunflower Oil
  • 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
  • - Onion-250 Gms
  • 110 g Unpeeled Garlic Cloves
  • loose Ginger
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • - KATDARE BLACK PEPPER POWDER 12GM
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash the rice thoroughly and soak it in water for 10 minutes, then drain the water.
  2. 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and add cumin seeds; let them splutter for 30 seconds.
  3. 3. Chop the onions, tomatoes, garlic, ginger, and green chilies finely and add them to the pan.
  4. 4. Sauté the mixture for 3–4 minutes until the onions turn golden and tomatoes soften completely.
  5. 5. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt, and stir well to combine the spices evenly.
  6. 6. Add the drained rice and water to the pan, cover, and cook on low heat for 12–15 minutes until the rice is tender and absorbs the flavors.
  7. 7. In a separate pan, heat the remaining oil and add chopped garlic and ginger, cooking for 1 minute.
  8. 8. Crack the eggs into a bowl, season with a pinch of salt and black pepper, and whisk until smooth.
  9. 9. Pour the eggs into the pan and stir continuously on medium heat to scramble them into soft, fluffy pieces.
