- 100 g Jeera
- 20 g Turmeric Powder

- 45 g Garam Masala
- - Coriander Powder
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk thoroughly with a pinch of salt until fluffy.
- 2. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, letting them sizzle for 20 seconds.
- 3. Add finely chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- 4. Stir in chopped tomatoes and green chili, cooking until the tomatoes soften completely.
- 5. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala, mixing well for 30 seconds.
- 6. Pour the whisked eggs into the pan and scramble gently, stirring continuously for even cooking.
