  • 1 kg Basmati Rice
  • 500 g Onion
  • - Tomato Ketchup
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli
  • 45 g Garam Masala
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 100 g Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk thoroughly with a pinch of salt until fluffy.
  2. 2. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, letting them sizzle for 20 seconds.
  3. 3. Add finely chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in chopped tomatoes and green chili, cooking until the tomatoes soften completely.
  5. 5. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala, mixing well for 30 seconds.
