Ingredients

  • 6 pcs White Eggs
  • - Baby Tomatoes
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • 100 g Garlic
  • loose Ginger
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 50 g Black Pepper Powder
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves

Instructions

  1. 1. Boil the eggs for 8-10 minutes and allow them to cool before peeling.
  2. 2. Finely chop onions, tomatoes, green chilies, garlic, and ginger.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions until golden brown.
  4. 4. Add garlic, ginger, and green chilies, and cook for 2 minutes until aromatic.
  5. 5. Add tomatoes, turmeric, coriander, cumin, salt, and black pepper, and cook until the tomatoes soften.
  6. 6. Chop the boiled eggs into small pieces and add them to the pan. Stir to combine well with the masala.
  7. 7. Garnish the mixture with freshly chopped coriander leaves and let it cool completely.
  8. 8. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into squares.
  9. 9. Place a spoonful of the egg masala mixture in the center of each square.
  10. 10. Fold the edges of the pastry to form a pocket and seal them by pressing lightly.
  11. 11. Arrange the puffs on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  12. 12. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the pastry turns golden and flaky.
