Ingredients
- 6 pcs White Eggs
- - Baby Tomatoes
- 250g Green Chilli
- 100 g Garlic
- loose Ginger
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Coriander Powder
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
Instructions
- 1. Boil the eggs for 8-10 minutes and allow them to cool before peeling.
- 2. Finely chop onions, tomatoes, green chilies, garlic, and ginger.
- 3. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions until golden brown.
- 4. Add garlic, ginger, and green chilies, and cook for 2 minutes until aromatic.
- 5. Add tomatoes, turmeric, coriander, cumin, salt, and black pepper, and cook until the tomatoes soften.
- 6. Chop the boiled eggs into small pieces and add them to the pan. Stir to combine well with the masala.
- 7. Garnish the mixture with freshly chopped coriander leaves and let it cool completely.
- 8. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into squares.
- 9. Place a spoonful of the egg masala mixture in the center of each square.
- 10. Fold the edges of the pastry to form a pocket and seal them by pressing lightly.
- 11. Arrange the puffs on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- 12. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the pastry turns golden and flaky.
- 13. Allow the puffs to cool slightly before serving warm.
