Ingredients
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 500 g Onion
- 250g Green Chilli
- 1 pack (250 g) Venkys Chicken Kheema
- - Rice Flour
- 100 g Jeera
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
Instructions
- 1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and sauté cumin seeds until aromatic.
- 2. Add chopped onion, green chili, and ginger-garlic paste; cook until golden brown.
- 3. Stir in the chicken keema, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt; cook until fully done.
- 4. Remove the keema from heat and let it cool; chop coriander leaves finely.
- 5. In a bowl, mix rice flour with water to make a smooth batter.
- 6. Add the cooked chicken keema and coriander leaves into the batter; mix well.
- 7. Heat a non-stick pan and grease it lightly with oil.
- 8. Pour a ladleful of the batter and spread it gently into a pancake shape.
- 9. Cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes until the bottom is golden brown.
- 10. Flip the pancake and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes.
- 11. Repeat the process with the remaining batter to make more pancakes.
- 12. Serve hot with a side of green chutney or ketchup for added flavor.
