Ingredients
- 1 pack (250 g) Venkys Chicken Kheema
- Pcs Egg Loose
- 500 g Onion
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 1 pack (100 g) Everest - Ginger Garlic Paste
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
Instructions
- 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, letting them splutter for a few seconds.
- 2. Finely chop the onion and green chili, then sauté them in the pan until translucent.
- 3. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for about 1 minute until aromatic.
- 4. Add the chicken keema to the pan and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally to break up lumps.
- 5. Sprinkle turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt over the keema, mixing well to combine.
- 6. Cook the spiced keema until fully done and slightly dry, then garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
- 7. Whisk the eggs in a bowl with a pinch of salt until frothy and well combined.
- 8. Heat a non-stick pan with a few drops of oil and pour half the egg mixture to make a thin omelette.
- 9. Once the omelette is set, place half of the chicken keema in the center and fold the sides over to wrap.
- 10. Cook for another 1-2 minutes to seal the wrap, then repeat with the remaining egg and keema.
