Ingredients

  • 1 pack (250 g) Venkys Chicken Kheema
  • 500 g Amma'S Special Idli / Dosa Batter
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
  • 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
  • 1 pack (100 g) Everest - Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 850 g Sundrop Heart+ Blended Cooking Oil
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté finely chopped onions until golden brown.
  2. 2. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes until aromatic.
  3. 3. Stir in chopped tomatoes, green chili, turmeric, and cumin powder; cook until the tomatoes soften.
  4. 4. Add the chicken keema to the pan and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked.
  5. 5. Season the keema with salt and garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves; set aside.
  6. 6. Heat a dosa tawa over medium heat and lightly grease it with oil.
  7. 7. Pour a ladleful of dosa batter onto the tawa, spreading it into a thin, circular shape.
  8. 8. Cook the dosa until golden and crispy on one side, then flip and cook the other side briefly.
  9. 9. Place a portion of the cooked chicken keema onto the center of the dosa.
  10. 10. Roll the dosa tightly around the chicken keema filling to form a wrap.
