- medium Chilli Green Long
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 250 g Spinach

- 3. Heat a non-stick pan or skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with a few drops of oil.
- 4. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it out gently in a circular motion to form a thin crepe.
- 5. Cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes until the edges start to lift and the underside turns golden brown. Flip the cheela and cook the other side for another 1-2 minutes.
- 6. Repeat the process with the remaining batter, adding a few drops of oil to the pan as needed.
- 7. Serve the cheelas hot with yogurt or your favorite chutney on the side.
