Ingredients

  • - Chicken Breast
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • 1pc Watermelon
  • 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds
  • - MF GARLIC CLOVES 100GM
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Jeera
  • - Rice Flour
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Clean and cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
  2. 2. Grind mustard seeds, garlic, and green chilies into a smooth paste using a small amount of water.
  3. 3. Heat mustard oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, letting them splutter.
  4. 4. Add the mustard paste to the pan and sauté until aromatic, about 2 minutes.
  5. 5. Mix turmeric powder, coriander powder, and salt into the paste, stirring well.
  6. 6. Add chicken pieces to the pan and coat them thoroughly with the spice mixture.
  7. 7. Sprinkle rice flour over the chicken for a slight thickening effect and mix well.
  8. 8. Pour in water, cover the pan, and simmer for 15 minutes until chicken is cooked tender.
  9. 9. Adjust salt and spices if needed, and cook for another 2 minutes to meld flavors.
  10. 10. Serve hot in a bowl with a drizzle of mustard oil for an authentic finish.
