Ingredients
- - Chicken Breast
- 250g Green Chilli
- 1pc Watermelon
- 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds
- - MF GARLIC CLOVES 100GM
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Jeera
- - Rice Flour
- - Coriander Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
Instructions
- 1. Clean and cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
- 2. Grind mustard seeds, garlic, and green chilies into a smooth paste using a small amount of water.
- 3. Heat mustard oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, letting them splutter.
- 4. Add the mustard paste to the pan and sauté until aromatic, about 2 minutes.
- 5. Mix turmeric powder, coriander powder, and salt into the paste, stirring well.
- 6. Add chicken pieces to the pan and coat them thoroughly with the spice mixture.
- 7. Sprinkle rice flour over the chicken for a slight thickening effect and mix well.
- 8. Pour in water, cover the pan, and simmer for 15 minutes until chicken is cooked tender.
- 9. Adjust salt and spices if needed, and cook for another 2 minutes to meld flavors.
- 10. Serve hot in a bowl with a drizzle of mustard oil for an authentic finish.
