  • 1 kg Basmati Rice
  • 1 pack Mushrooms Button
  • 250 g Spinach
  • - Baby Tomatoes
  • - Milky Mist Skyr Plain Yogurt
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • 25 g Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 45 g Garam Masala
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Bay Leaf
  • 100 g Salt
  • 1pc Watermelon
  • - Coriander Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and soak the basmati rice in water for 20 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan and add cumin seeds, bay leaf, and sliced onions. Sauté until onions are golden brown.
  3. 3. Add ginger garlic paste and green chilies, stirring well for 1-2 minutes to release their aroma.
  4. 4. Stir in chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and garam masala, cooking until the tomatoes are soft and the spices are well blended.
  5. 5. Add the mushrooms and spinach, sautéing for 5 minutes until they release their moisture and soften.
  6. 6. Mix in the plain yogurt and salt, ensuring the ingredients are evenly coated with the mixture.
  7. 7. Add the soaked basmati rice to the pan, gently stirring to combine with the vegetables and spices.
