Ingredients
- 250 g Dam Good Fish Boneless Basa Fish Cubes
- 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
- 1 pack (100 g) Everest - Ginger Garlic Paste
- 100g Greek Yogurt
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Catch Super Garam Masala
- 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
- 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the fish cubes thoroughly and pat them dry using a clean kitchen towel.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine ginger-garlic paste, coconut yogurt, lemon juice, rice flour, and all the spices.
- 3. Add the fish cubes to the marinade and gently coat them. Let it sit for 20 minutes.
- 4. Heat a non-stick pan or grill over medium heat and drizzle vegetable oil evenly.
- 5. Place the marinated fish cubes on the pan, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
- 6. Cook each side for approximately 5 minutes until golden and fully cooked through.
- 7. Remove the fish tikka bites from the heat and place them on a serving platter.
- 8. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with lemon wedges or mint chutney.
