  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 500 g Onion
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 200 ml Sesame Oil
  • 50 Grms Garam Masala Handmade Spices 50 Grms
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine gram flour, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt.
  2. 2. Gradually add yogurt to the dry ingredients and mix well to form a smooth batter, adding a little water if needed. The batter should have a pancake-like consistency.
  3. 3. Fold in the chopped tomato, onion, green chili, and coriander leaves into the batter, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
  4. 4. Heat a non-stick pan or griddle on medium heat and lightly grease it with oil.
